Today was opening registration day for the upcoming bazaar on November 12th. Circumstances beyond our control made us unable to get calls on our registration line or receive messages. We are working with the cell company and hope to have this resolved by September 3rd, so you can call again or email your info.
If you made an attempt to register but could not reach us, please try again. We still have plenty of space for additional vendors and we are eager to have you involved. Please call 541-661-3739 between 9am and 8pm on or after September 3rd. Messages left on this number will not be returned, so please keep calling until you get through to our registration staff.

BROOKINGS BAZAAR VENDORS,
The organizers of the Brooking Harbor Community Bazaar, Chapter GE, P.E.O., are looking forward to holding the 52nd Annual Bazaar on Saturday, November 12th. We have waited to notify you of our registration date because of the daily changing of pandemic regulations and circumstances. There are many variables which still might force us to cancel the bazaar this year. For example, if the Governor shuts down all indoor gatherings, if the school district decides it cannot safely allow us to gather in the buildings, if Covid is so ramped in our area that we feel it unsafe for our organizers, for the vendors and for the public, this event will be cancelled.
With all this being said, we are moving positively forward to having this 52nd bazaar this year. The date is Saturday, November 12, 2022 with set up November 11th.
Registration will be on Thursday, September 1st, starting at 9am. Prior to that date, visit the website at www.brookingsharborbazaar.com to review the rules, regulations, waiver form and the maps of our 2 buildings and see where you would like to have your booth. (If at all possible, we will accommodate your booth choice.) Then, please call 541-661-3739 between 9am and 8pm on or after September 1. Messages left on this number will not be returned… please keep calling until you get through to our registration staff. After getting your booth assignment, you will need to fill out and sign the 2 forms, Vendor Waiver and Vendor Rules. Send these signed forms along with two checks- the booth fee and the refundable deposit, to the address on the form. We will hold your checks until October 20th before depositing. October 20 will be the decision date if the bazaar will definitely be held or cancelled. If we sadly have to cancel this event until November, 2023, the booth assignments you have already made for this year will be saved for you, if you choose, for the 2023 bazaar. Safety for all is our primary concern. Masks are highly recommended unless mandated by the Governor.
