The maps below are for reference only and may not be to scale and may change. When you call to register, please let us know where you prefer to be located and we will do our best to accommodate you. Remember -- one booth site per vendor. The wall booths may be slightly smaller in some locations, but they may have electrical outlet access.
The two venues are both in the Brookings Harbor School District complex, a short walk from each other and back to back. A wide alley-way runs along the east side of both buildings and is where potential food vendors will be located.
Please note that these maps are only meant to help you decide where you would like your booth to be located. Almost all spaces in the cafeteria are 7ft deep by 9ft. long. Wall outlets are shown by a black dot, only along some walls. Do not use any thumbtacks, nails, etc. on the walls, or tape except painter's tape. See the notes below for further information. If you plan to request a particular location, note the booth number to use when you call to register. We provide folding chairs, but you must bring your own displays/tables.
Please Note: The venue map is meant to help you locate a suitable space. Vendors are allowed one space only. The main floor booth spaces are usually side by side and back-to-back between aisles and measure 6 ft. deep by 10 ft. long. Wall spaces are shorter, at 6 ft. deep by 9 ft. long, but do provide a back wall and some access to electrical outlets (shown by black dots). Do not use any thumbtacks, nails, etc. on the walls, or tape except painter's tape. Booth sizes that differ are noted on the bottom of the map. We try to maximize your spaces while still adhering to fire marshal and school rules regarding aisle sizes. We provide folding chairs but you must bring your own displays/tables. Please note that booths marked P.E.O., #50-53 are not available since they will be used by the organizing "elves". Help and info can be found there.
